KUALA LUMPUR: CTOS has restored its affected credit reporting services, including CTOS Score and reports related to the Central Credit Reference Information System (CCRIS), following the implementation of cybersecurity improvements.
The credit reporting agency said the services were now fully available and operating as intended after remediation measures and enhanced security controls were successfully implemented and independently validated.
In an announcement to Bursa Malaysia today, the company said additional measures had also been introduced to strengthen its cybersecurity framework.
It added that monitoring and improvements to the security controls would continue as part of its ongoing efforts to safeguard its systems and services.
CTOS said all affected environments had undergone security assessments and independent validation, supporting the restoration of the services.
The announcement follows the company's earlier disclosures on Sept 23 and Oct 13, 2026, concerning the disruption to its credit reporting services.
The board said the company remained committed to conducting its business responsibly, transparently and in compliance with applicable requirements.
